Krystal Choptovy
Clients often describe both me and my work as calming - something I take to heart in everything I do. I have a deep appreciation for creating spaces where people feel safe, supported and able to fully relax.
Alongside my work at the salon, I also work part time in hospice care, supporting palliative patients with a compassionate, gentle touch. This has shaped my approach to care in a meaningful way and reinforces my belief in slowing down, being present, and meeting people where they are.
Being a part of the Ayr community means so much to me. I love the connection and familiarity of small town life to create a salon and spa where clients are known by name and treated like family. When I’m not working, I love to travel and explore new places - something that continually inspires me and reminds me of the importance of rest, perspective, and self care.

Co-Owner & Registered Massage TherapistWith seven years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Shannon is dedicated to helping clients release stress, relieve discomfort, and encourage self healing through manual therapy. She takes a thoughtful, personalized approach to care, tailoring each treatment to individual needs and goals. Whether addressing chronic tension, injury recovery, or everyday stress, Shannon is committed to creating a supportive, therapeutic environment where the body can begin to heal itself naturally.
Shannon is also one of the three owners of Elements of Ayr and is excited to be growing a woman-led business with two other fabulous ladies! Her focus is to build a beautiful and welcoming space where both staff and clients feel supported and cared for.
Co-Owner & AestheticianGini Pirocchi
Gini is one of the three owners of Elements of Ayr Salon & Spa, bringing in a diverse and deeply rooted background in beauty, wellness, and holistic care. Her career journey began with Estée Lauder at Sears, where she discovered her passion for makeup and skincare.
Gina went on to work in the spa industry, receiving formal training in aesthetics and practicing as an aesthetician for four years. Driven by a growing interest in overall wellness and health, Gini returned to school to pursue dental hygeine. She has now been practicing as a Dental Hygienist for over 16 years, with a specialized focus on holistic dentistry, airway health, and myofunctional therapy.
Becoming a co-owner of Elements of Ayr Salon & Spa has brought Gina’s career full circle - allowing her to seamlessly combine her passions for beauty, skin health, wellness, and education in helping others feel confident, healthy, and cared for from the inside out.
Hair Stylist & SpecialistLyndsay Martin
Lyndsay is a highly experienced hairstylist with over 22 years in the industry, known for combining technical excellence with a modern, trend-focused approach to hair. Throughout her career, she has worked with leading professional brands including Framesi, L’Anza, and Paul Mitchell, building a strong foundation in advanced colour theory, cutting, and hair integrity.
She specializes in women’s colouring services and precision cuts, creating polished, wearable styles that feel current yet timeless. Lyndsay is especially passionate about translating trends into looks that suit her clients’ features, lifestyle, and long-term hair goals—ensuring results that grow out beautifully and feel effortless to maintain.
Lyndsay is known for her thoughtful consultations, attention to detail, and professional presence. Her goal is for every client to leave feeling confident, refreshed, and genuinely cared for—wearing hair that looks as good as it feels.
